Dogfish Head Celebration Tasting!
Thursday, April 18th 4:00 - 7:00PM
Ed will be pouring new beers from Dogfish and spinning records to celebrate National Record Store Day.
Once again The Winery is the #1 DOGFISH HEAD RETAILER in our 5 county area! Thank you to all of our patrons for supporting The Winery, Cody, and Dogfish Head!
Garciarevalo Casamaro 2018 Verdejo
Lots of bright lemon peel and blossom on the nose. Great purity of fruit, with notes of quince, melon, and apricot. On the palate it's mineral-driven, with a pleasant light bitter note on the finish that makes you want more.
Nero Angelo Angelin 2016 Nebbiolo
Intense ruby red colour with orange highlights with ageing. Fresh bouquet with hints of rose, blackberry and black currant. Soft flavour, rightly tannic, persistent and well balanced.
Lauren Miquel Solas 2017 Grenache Blanc
Fresh with bright notes of grapefruit, lime and melon and coupled with richer caramel hints. The finish is lingering generous and smooth.
Rhino 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
Paso Robles, CA
Andrew Jones of California's Field Recordings created this bold Paso Cabernet to deliver powerful bang for the buck. Bold dark fruit - blackberry, black plum, dark raspberry - gushes from the glass with accents of mocha and savory herb. The palate is rich, creamy, and dense with generous black fruit, cocoa powder and tobacco flavors that cover a nicely chewy finish. Ready to drink right now with burgers, steaks, or cool evenings.
Cody is back Friday pouring Dogfish Head Liquors
Friday, April 19th 4:00 - 7:00PM
Come see Cody and congratulate him on his new venture into the world of Dogfish!
Brick red color with aromas of candied fruits, citrus and rose petal with woody undertones. Balanced sweet/tart flavor of tropical fruit, lemon and a pleasant oaky astringency.
It’s crisp, with a viscous sweetness of caramelized sugar, malted barley and a cleansing minerality. Sips more like a whiskey than your typical vodka.
Peppery citrus zest followed by baking spices and a lemon-lime finish.
Barrel Honey Rum
Off the bat you get baking cocoa, charred wood followed by flavors of butter cookies and caramel, with a warming finish of fruitcake spice, vanilla and honey.
